PEOPLE exclusively premieres the action-packed trailer for the thrilling Christmas special
Harry Wild is giving fans the gift of a Christmas special this year.
PEOPLE can exclusively share the trailer of the Acorn TV crime dramaâs feature-length special, set to premiere on Monday, Nov. 24. The episode doubles as the dramatic finale for season 4.
In the special, Harry (Jane Seymour) and Fergus (Rohan Nedd) are attending the wedding of Vicky (Danielle Ryan) and Corman (Muiris Crowley), when an assassin strikes. As the couple's plans unravel, Harry and Fergus race against time to catch their adversary.
Before the event takes a deadly turn, Harry appears to be in uncharacteristically high spirits in the trailer. "Vicky's getting married. We're staying in a castle," Harry says as Fergus teases her, "Someone 's in a good mood."

Harry Wild follows a retired professor named Harriet â Harry for short â who solves crimes with her young sidekick, Fergus. The TV thriller, which premiered in April 2022, was created by David Logan and stars Seymour, Nedd, Kevin Ryan, Paul Tylak and Rose OâNeill.
In a 2024 interview with PEOPLE, Seymour, 74, said she never thought sheâd do a series again after Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, but that all changed when she read the script for Harry Wild.
âI read Harry Wild and I thought, âWhat a fabulous character,â " the British actress told PEOPLE. âIt was so intelligently written. I thought, âThis is not a remake of anything. This is brand new.â "
âI really loved the soft-crime element of it. I loved the fact that I always think Iâm smart enough to figure out who did it, but I could never figure out who did it,â Seymour added.

The Emmy-winning actress admitted sheâs a fan of crime thrillers. âI do enjoy them because thereâs a beginning, middle and an end,â Seymour said.
âI really enjoy soft crime or cozy crime, I donât know what you call it. Itâs still a crime. Someoneâs dead, but thereâs humor in it and a lot of really interesting, fascinating, quirky characters.â
