The comedian, 65, looked incredible on Tuesday, Nov. 4, during an appearance on Sherri Shepherd’s talk show.
To the cheers and screams of the audience, birthday girl Griffin made her entrance on the show in just a bathing suit and a pair of gold pumps as Shepherd, 58, said, “Oh. My. God.”
“I have no shame,” the star laughed as she danced and shook her booty while Shepherd and the audience egged her on.
An excited Griffin reminded the audience that she’d just turned 65 years old as she sat down to chat to Shepherd, by this time covered up in a teal-colored dress.

Griffin marked her milestone birthday with a reflective post on Instagram, sharing that she still feels like she’s 25. Alongside a smiling selfie and the Beach Boys’ track "Wouldn’t It Be Nice," Griffin shared her birthday plans, which included a birthday flash mob party, taping episodes of her YouTube show and her appearance on Sherri.
Griffin’s amazing appearance on Sherri came after she revealed back in August that she’d undergone a third facelift, explaining that she was “so vain” for wanting the surgery.
Her admission came during the Aug. 5 episode of her Talk Your Head Off podcast.
"It's my third,” she said. “I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face," she said, adding that the procedure was performed by Beverly Hills, Calif.-based celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei.

Elsewhere in the episode, she revealed that her plastic surgery also included an "upper eye job" (a blepharoplasty), adding a "cat eye stitch" to give her eyes a lift at the corners. Griffin also shared that she got work done to her chin as well.
"There's a stitch in my chin, which you're probably not going to see unless you're under me, but not in that way," she joked.
"I'm going to be honest. It's painful. So these bitches that are like, 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful,” she added of the operations.
Meanwhile, last month Griffin exclusively opened up to PEOPLE about her divorce from ex-husband Randy Bick, having split from the marketing executive after three years of marriage in 2023.

"My divorce took me out," Griffin told PEOPLE. "I'm not going to lie. Some people are like, 'I was glad I got rid of them, and I've never felt better.' I was down for the count. It was harder than cancer."
The funny star was comparing her split to her stage 1 lung cancer two years prior. During surgery to have half of her left lung removed, Griffin says her left vocal cord was permanently paralyzed by an intubation tube. The star then had to have vocal cord surgery to get her voice back.
