Sharon Osbourne was surrounded by her children, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, in a touching family moment as they attended Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles on Jan. 31.
On the red carpet, the family posed for photos, with Jack standing between his mom and sister, wrapping his arms around them in a loving embrace. In a touching gesture, the family wore head-to-toe black, honoringOzzy Osbourne, who passed away in July 2025 following a heart attack.
Inside the venue, photos captured Sharon and Kelly snapping selfies with Machine Gun Kelly, while another shot showed Sharon in a heartfelt exchange with Jelly Roll, gently holding his face in her hands.

According toForbes, the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, taking place on Feb. 1, will pay tribute to Ozzy with a moving all-star tribute performance. The musicians set to take the stage include Post Malone, Guns N' Roses' Slash and Duff McKagan, The Red Hot Chili Peppers' drummer Chad Smith, and Ozzy's producer/collaborator Andrew Watt.
Each of these artists shared a creative bond with Ozzy, having worked alongside the "Prince of Darkness" on his last two albums, Ordinary Man and Patient Number 9.
The outlet reported that fans can expect to hear Ozzy's biggest hits, both from his solo career and his time with Black Sabbath.
