Diggs and Cardi sparked relationship rumors in February 2025, and Cardi confirmed their relationship on Instagram several months later
Stefon Diggs is weighing in on whether he’ll be proposing to girlfriend Cardi B soon.
The NFL player, 32, shared his thoughts on the topic after being asked about his relationship with the “Up” rapper, 33, by a reporter during Super Bowl media availability on Monday, Feb. 2.
The reporter asked if Diggs wins the Super Bowl and gets a championship ring, whether Cardi would be “getting her ring” afterward. In response, the New England Patriots wide receiver responded, “It’s on the agenda, maybe, right? Right?”

He jokingly added, “I gotta get mine first.”
He and the musician have been dating for several months and share a son — whose name has not yet been released and who was born in November — together. The "Am I the Drama?" rapper announced the baby news in September.
The two first sparked romance rumors after they were spotted together in New York City and Miami in February 2025, per TMZ. They took their relationship public that May with an appearance together at a New York Knicks playoff game.
The following month, Cardi confirmed her relationship with Diggs when she shared a photo on Instagram of the two on a yacht. Though the rapper appeared to hint at a breakup a month later when she removed every photo with the wide receiver from her feed, the couple is still going strong.
In January, she celebrated Diggs’ team, the Patriots, heading to the Super Bowl after defeating the Denver Broncos at the AFC Championship game 10-7.
"That's what I'm talking about! We're going to the Super Bowl. Oh my God," Cardi yelled out in a video posted by the NFL Instagram. She expressed how proud she was of Diggs in a separate interview with NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe on the field.
“I’m feeling very excited, very happy for him, very proud of him,” said Cardi. “You know, he just came back from an ACL and me seeing the progress and the process of him, from the first time he started running back, and now joining the Patriots and actually going to the Super Bowl, I’m very excited for him.

“[I’m] very excited for the whole team, they been working they butts off," she added.
Diggs is father to daughter Nova, 9, and Charliee Harper, 8 months, the latter of whom he shares with model Aileen Lopera. As for Cardi, she is mother to Kulture, 7; Wave, 4; and Blossom, 16 months, whom she shares with her estranged husband, rapper Offset.
