Is it time for The Bachelorette to get a dose of the Bravoverse? Former Bachelorette Tayshia Adams certainly thinks so, and we think she might be onto something. She recently teased how much she’d love to see a certain Real Housewives star find a shot at love. It’d be the chicest season ever.
Could RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley be the next Bachelorette?
Tayshia is currently doing a press run to promote the new HGTV show, Bachelor Mansion Takeover. It’s a renovation competition with a bunch of famous faces from Bachelor Nation. Tayshia is one of the judges, along with Tyler Cameron.
The Season 16 Bachelorette spoke with Betches about the new series when they asked her about her fantasy Bachelorette casting. Taylor Frankie Paul just jumped from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives to Bachelor Nation, so who’s next?
“I feel like there’s no limit now,” Tayshia said. “We can really just choose anybody.”
After mulling it over, Tayshia landed on Dorit Kemsley from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The mother of two is currently navigating a divorce from her longtime husband, PK Kemsley, and Tayshia thinks she’d be an “iconic” addition to The Bachelorette.

She explained, “Dorit would be kind of iconic. I just feel like she’s in her funky, badass era. Imagine her like, smoking and being like, ‘This f*cking guy doesn’t stand a chance.’”
We’re so here for this, and honestly, we’re overdue for this type of crossover. Previously, Andy Cohen wanted Luann de Lesseps to find love on The Golden Bachelorette. It still hasn’t happened, but we’re holding out hope.
Meanwhile, the casting team behind the Real Housewives did take over for The Bachelor last year after the long-running franchise saw a sizable ratings dip. Perhaps there’s a world where these reality TV dreams could come true? Let’s manifest it.
The Bachelorette returns to ABC on Sunday, March 22 at 8/7c. You can stream it the next day on Hulu and Disney+.
